PROJECT 2018 SELF HELP RESOURCE CENTER

This page is legal information, not legal advice. Please consult with an attorney if you have questions or concerns. The goal of this project is to provide a centralize online resource for the general public and legal community for ease of access to the most commonly used court forms and processes. Anytime you have a matter that involves going to court it is very important to have legal representation or at the very least advice from an attorney. Before seeking to represent yourself I encourage you to consult with an attorney to at least see what the related fees would be. I have a firm belief that regardless of income, everyone should have the same access to justice. You should be aware that access does not equal outcome, but the inability to afford an attorney should not act as a barrier to be heard in a court of law. This site is not legal advice, but legal information. All questions related to the use of these forms should be answered by an attorney as it is illegal for my staff to act in a capacity that can be construed as giving legal advice.
