Davidson County Clerk of Superior Court Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide accurate, timely and complete information and records to all constituents including the general public, courts, legal community and law enforcement. We will strive to provide superior professional services to our constituents that exceed their expectations in a courteous and friendly atmosphere. We wish to raise the standards for public service as we continue to strive for improvement; this will be a key element to our success.
JOIN A GREATER DAVIDSON COUNTY
It begins with an idea, a vision. We find ourselves with a blank canvas, with the ability to create a vision for what we want and where we want to be in 30 years. This is not a Republican group or a Democrat Group this is a group of Davidson County citizens who wish to step up and lead. Too often partisan politics have destroyed the ability to have a vision. It is important that this be a county vision, made up of students, CEOs, retirees and everyone in between. A movement begins with a belief or idea, but it doesn't become a movement until two or more people believe. Join it.
What inspired me to begin this group was reading the paper produced by the Lexington Chamber of Commerce in 1927. It's hard to define leadership, but when you see it, it is clear. Please take the time to read this and join "A Greater Davidson County". Working together, we the Citizens can create the foundation for and avenues for a Greater Davidson County.
